Paediatric Dentist

Dr Daleelah Adams is a passionate and dedicated paediatric dentist with a career built on both clinical excellence and academic mentorship. She qualified as a dentist at the University of the Western Cape in 2010, later completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Dentistry, and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in the field.

With more than a decade of experience, Dr Adams has co-managed a thriving private dental practice with her husband for the past 10 years. Her clinical focus is on providing compassionate, child-friendly care and creating positive early dental experiences that set the foundation for lifelong oral health.

Alongside her private practice, she has been a Clinical Supervisor at the University of the Western Cape since 2014, where she is actively involved in training and mentoring undergraduate dental students. Dr Adams’ passion for paediatric dentistry stems from her belief in the power of prevention and her ability to connect with children in ways that make visiting the dentist approachable—and even enjoyable.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two energetic boys.

Dentist

Dr Laurence Cadle is an enthusiastic and career-driven dental professional with extensive experience across general, surgical, orthodontic, and aesthetic dentistry. After completing his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of the Western Cape in 2014, he undertook his community service year in Oudtshoorn before gaining further clinical and supervisory experience at Mitchell’s Plain and Tygerberg Oral Health Centres. In 2016, he established DentalRite in Strand, where he continues to practise.

Over the years, Dr Cadle has pursued continuous professional development, completing postgraduate diplomas in Minor Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry, and Implantology. He has also trained in facial aesthetics, including the use of botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, and is skilled in clear aligner therapy and fixed orthodontics.

At Trust Dentistry, Dr Cadle provides comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient comfort, high clinical standards, and ethical practice. His expertise spans surgical procedures, restorative treatments, implants, orthodontics, and aesthetic enhancements. Passionate about both patient care and practice management, he combines technical proficiency with a warm and reassuring approach, ensuring that every patient feels confident and cared for.

Oral Hygienist

Jenna is a dedicated oral hygienist with a passion for preventative care and patient education. She completed her Oral Hygiene degree at the University of Pretoria in 2015 and has since been committed to helping patients achieve and maintain lifelong oral health.

Her role focuses on promoting the general well-being of teeth and their supporting structures by providing thorough clinical care—removing plaque, tartar, stains, and other deposits—as well as empowering patients with the knowledge to prevent oral diseases. Jenna believes that good oral health is key to better function, improved self-esteem, and an overall higher quality of life.

Her approach combines clinical precision with a gentle, caring manner, making every visit a positive and reassuring experience.

Dentist

Dr Marguerite Breed is a passionate dentist whose career blends clinical skill with a love for the artistry of dentistry. She graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2016 and completed her community service year in Lydenburg before returning to her hometown of Pretoria in 2018, where she began working in private practice. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience across several practices, each adding to her unique approach to patient care.

In 2019, Dr Breed completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Paedodontics at the University of Pretoria, deepening her expertise in caring for young patients. Her dedication to continuous learning led her to discover a strong interest in aesthetic dentistry, particularly composite work. She went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry with the Aesthetic and Restorative Academy in 2025 and is currently pursuing her MSc in Restorative Dentistry at the University of the Western Cape.

Dr Breed enjoys the way dentistry brings together art and science, allowing her to combine precision with creativity. Outside of her professional life, she loves nature, animals, and music, and spends her free time playing the violin or horseback riding.

Specialist Orthodontist

Dr Yaseen Fakir is a specialist orthodontist with a strong academic background and a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. He earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of the Western Cape in 2009, where he was inducted into the prestigious Golden Key International Honour Society.

His journey into orthodontics began with a Postgraduate Diploma in Interceptive Orthodontics in 2013, followed by a Master’s degree (MSc) in Orthodontics in 2019. In 2025, he completed his specialist training (MDS) in Orthodontics, all through the University of the Western Cape.

Dr Fakir is dedicated to combining sound orthodontic principles with the latest advancements in technology to deliver exceptional aesthetic and functional outcomes. His patient-centred approach ensures each treatment plan is tailored to individual needs, with a focus on long-term oral health and confident smiles.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr Fakir enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is an avid runner, an enthusiastic reader, and enjoys a competitive game of padel.
